This banner appears on the Daily Verse summary when the app cannot connect to Supabase to save your score. Your score is preserved on-device and will sync the next time the app reaches the server. If it persists across multiple sessions email us — there may be a server-side regression we can deploy a fix for.
Daily Verse run not loading the new daily seed.
The daily seed updates at midnight UTC. If you played yesterday's daily after midnight UTC you will see today's seed. Force-quit and reopen the app if it seems stuck.
Achievement not unlocking.
Achievement unlock checks fire as RunEvents flow through the engine. A few legacy achievements were re-targeted in v10.29 (see in-app description text). If you believe an achievement should have triggered but did not, email us with the achievement name and a short description of what you did.
App crashes on launch.
Force-quit and relaunch. If it crashes again, try toggling airplane mode on then off (some boot paths depend on auth refresh which can hang on a flaky connection). If still broken: email us with your device model + iOS version.
I want to restore my purchase on a new device.
Wordmancer is a paid app tied to your Apple ID. Re-downloading on a device signed into the same Apple ID re-installs it for free. There is no separate purchase restore button — Apple's standard mechanism applies.
Per Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v) account deletion is available in-app:
Settings from the main menu.Delete Account.If the in-app flow fails (e.g. you signed out and forgot your Apple ID), email kenzythai@yahoo.com and we will action the deletion manually within 7 days.
